• All bottled water orders include your premium quality, 4-color customized waterproof labels.

• There is only a $50 design set up fee for orders that require the assistance of our art department. This fee applies to your existing original label, or custom labels that require a maximum of one hour of assistance from our art department.

• If your custom label requires additional time from our art department for editing or design fixes, the design and set up fee is only $99.

• There is no sales tax for bottled water.

• Art Department is open 9 AM to 5 PM (PST) Mon-Fri, except holiday's.

• We accept Cashiers Check, & Business Checks.
  

• Your order is packaged in protective cardboard cases and shipped, or personally delivered in as little as 2-5 business day's from receipt of approved label artwork.

• For orders up to 40 cases we can deliver locally, or ship UPS nationwide.

• For orders over 40 cases they can be shipped by the pallet with a national trucking company for extra savings.
